Based in North West London, Field’s Care is a domiciliary based care service aimed for adults of all ages and across London and surrounding areas.

The service’s main objectives are to assist our service user’s in maintaining independence whilst remaining in their own homes. To provide the best practice via our fully qualified and trained carer givers, supporting our service users in gaining confidence and to feel safer in their homes for as long as possible.

The overriding aim of Field’s Care is to provide the best possible service. We aim to build on our reputation for quality and to stand out amongst other domiciliary care agencies by maintaining the highest levels of care and integrity in all our dealings. Balancing the requirements of the service users and others we serve with our shareholders, staff, suppliers and the regulatory authorities.

Fields care Ltd is a specialist service in double-handed care, this means two care workers attend every visit providing expert care. Our carers are fully trained in all moving and handling techniques and procedures. Some of the great benefits of having double handed care is the safety aspect for the client whilst using specific equipment, ensuring tasks are completed precisely and in a timely fashion, double checking medication and ensuring the client is positioned safely.

Our carers

Our care workers are hand selected by our recruitment team and go through vast background checks including Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks and at least two references.  All care workers working in Field’s Care Ltd undergo intricate and advance level of training that will give them the “know how” of working with people with different disabilities with the right attitude to work with different mental health issues.

We have developed a unique model whereby our care workers work together in pairs whilst out on the fields providing care. We try to ensure that these same care workers attend to the same client all day long, this helps our clients feel at ease knowing which carers will be attending their home throughout the day.

Care workers generally travel together to make sure they arrive at the client’s home at the same time, this reduces time wasting and ensures that two people attend each home together which ultimately is a safeguard for both the client and the carers. This model has proven to be a great way to work and bodies such as CQC and our local authority have praised us on this.
